Cooking Classes
All workshops include instruction, materials, and complimentary light refreshments and are held in our Lavender Workshop located in our lavender field at 413 Horseshoe Lake Road, Swan Lake NY. All workshops are hands-on, you leave with your creations; both crafts and cooking.
Pasta Making
with Sauce
With Sally as a helpful guide, our guests were shown every step of the pasta making process. They made their own dough, rolled and sliced the pasta noodles to their desired length and width. After cooking the noodles, guest were able to choose from two sauces to pair with the fresh pasta!
