High Tea Highlights

We had such a lovely time today with our guests, enjoying orzo salad, asparagus quiche, chicken and egg salad sandwiches, raspberry scones, blueberry cheesecake, chocolate-dipped strawberries, "Paris" tea, and lavender lemonade. The quiche and egg salad were made with eggs from Lavender Sky Farms own free-range chickens, the salad and quiche vegetables came from Sally's garden. Sally does all of the cooking and baking herself and all was delicious. It was a beautiful day to tour the farm, the lavender field getting ready to bloom, the vineyard doing great in its fourth year and our new forest bathing platform in the forest by the natural spring-fed pond.
